2. Bookings & Reservations
A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email with your booking reference. Availability shown on this site is synced regularly but is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in the currency listed on the property page and include the nightly rate, cleaning fee, service fee, and applicable taxes as itemized at checkout.

5. House Rules & Guest Conduct
Each property has its own house rules (check-in/check-out times, pet and smoking policies) shown on the listing page. Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect quiet hours and neighbors. Violations may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

Casaassa acts as a booking platform for the listed properties and RVs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your stay, except where caused by our own negligence.
