New 3 bedroom vacation home

Carissa A ★★★★★ Oct 2026

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and cozy. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Check in/out was easy. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. The neighborhood was quiet yet just off a main road with plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Would happily book again.

Hillary F ★★★★★ Aug 2026

Jessica A ★★★★★ Jul 2026

Area felt safe and was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Approximately 15 minutes to the strip (give or take, depending on venue). Nice backyard for dog. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, knives. Bed was comfortable. Being able to use garage was a plus. Overall, nice stay.

Alexandra W ★★★★★ Feb 2026

We really enjoyed our stay in Las Vegas! We love the Red Rocks, so Alexander's house was very conveniently located for us. Arriving with a dog, the fenced yard was perfect. Alexander's home was spotless, and everything was as described! There's a nice variety of kitchen tools for cooking. Parking our car inside a garage was also appreciated. All beds were really comfortable. Strongly recommend!

Dave S ★★★★★ Jan 2026

Alex was super responsive and had the place all clean and ready to go for us as soon as we checked in!

我的同事在这里住了18个晚上，评价非常好：房间整洁，空间宽敞，周边配套设施齐全。
感谢房主帮忙收快递、以及容许我们调试设备。

Simon C ★★★★★ Dec 2025

Spacious home, suitable for families visiting Las Vegas. Located in a very quiet area around 15 minutes drive to the centre of action on the strip. Lots of shops and cafes with all the essentials are close by. Roomy garage for parking your car. Two flights of stairs take you to the generous bedrooms above.
Kitchen has all the essentials for home cooking and a great oven and microwave. Games area for the kids to play darts and air hockey.
Fireplace was out of order whilst we were there but the owner quickly checked it and has arranged for it to be repaired. Has a very homely feel. Loved it.

非常舒服、安静的房子。很enjoy

Cassadi G ★★★☆☆ Sep 2025

The place was nice and clean. In a fairly quiet neighborhood. My only issue is that I asked for possible early check in a few days in advance attempted to reach out the day of check in and I never received a response back. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Jaison C ★★★★★ Aug 2025

Dom R ★★★★★ Aug 2025

Great place, great host will stay again

Amy E ★★★★★ Aug 2025

Alexander's house was very comfortable and a nice quiet location after being at the South Point most of the day for the horse show. It was great to get away from the casino and have this wonderful space to relax. We had our two dogs with us and I appreciated the natural grass in the back yard. They loved the really secure yard and it was so shady with the big trees. We would definitely stay there again!! Thank you!!

Frank T ★★★★★ Mar 2025

The home is in a great location. Close to the strip and the freeways. My friends and I were comfortable here.

Wanda ★★★★★ Mar 2025

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was wonderful and the host/cohost were very responsive and extremely courteous. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town! Thanks for the great place to stay. We loved it!

Lynn ★★★★★ Mar 2025

Kitchen was very well equipped, I swear the only thing it didn’t have was a crockpot and juicer LOL.

One thing we could have used was some sort of cooking oil or spray.

Bedrooms had both USB and outlets in both the headboard and side tables.

Bathrooms well stocked and clean.

Area was quiet, backyard was great, we used the grill.

Overall a great place. We would stay there again!

Diane V ★★★★★ Mar 2025

Stayed at Alex's beautiful home for 5 nights. The house is very nice, spacious and in a good neighborhood close to tons of stores and restaurants. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an airbnb and he had a brand new grill we good to break in! The yard is cute, peaceful and private which I enjoyed as much as possible. He had a garage door opener brought right over when we couldn't find it. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the house was spotless clean. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Vegas. Also a close easy ride to the airport and a great value for this beautiful home.

Richard B ★★★★★ Mar 2025

Really enjoyed our stay - well appointed amenities throughout; made it simple to enjoy our visit.
Alexander was very responsive and look after our needs. Next time we're in Vegas, we're coming back! Thanks!

Brian M ★★★★★ Feb 2025

This was my second time staying here and probably not my last. House is located in a quiet residential family neighborhood. The king bed is new and comfortable and everything else is super nice. Kitchen well stocked with nice appliances. Totally 5 STAR. Thanks

Brian M ★★★★★ Jan 2025

This is a new listing that looks like everything has been completely remodeled. The house was spotless and very clean. Even the towels were folded fancy like they do in a high-end hotel. Kitchen is well stocked with tools and essentials. Comfortable bed and furniture. Quiet neighborhood and private location. I don't gamble so not concerned with location to casinos. Will be staying here again in two weeks. Thanks for everything.

Lindsay R ★★★★★ Jan 2025

Great place to stay in Vegas! Alex had great communication from start to finish. The house was also cleaned extremely well, it felt so comfy and fresh like no one had ever even been there. Adequate towels, soap, and toilet paper were provided. The house was decorated and laid out nicely, and the beds were very comfortable. TV’s in all the rooms were very convenient, and cute and clean furniture in the backyard. Nothing was difficult about this stay at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Connor M ★★★★★ Jan 2025

Amazing BNB!! This place was great, just as advertised and well stocked! We had no issues finding the residence, the location is central to everything. This is located in a great quiet neighborhood. I would recommend anything thinking about traveling to vegas highly consider Alex's property. Thanks again for letting us stay!
