Alex was very responsive and friendly, the place is well situated but you will need a bicycle, scooter, or car for getting around since Tulum is not very walkable. The house is nice, kitchen is fairly well stocked if you're looking to do some of your own cooking. We had a bit of a problem with some mosquitos somehow getting inside the house despite keeping doors and windows closed.

We all want to thank Alex for a very memorable vacation. We loved our stay La Veleta Tulum, and the Villa was absolutely the perfect spot for a great vacation in Tulum.
The Villa was perfect. Only 10 min from Tulums center and 10 min from beach. The pool and outdoor area were amazing. There were lots of amenities nearby that made the stay very easy.
Alex was extremely helpful and attentive and was always quick to respond with any questions. Weather you're stay is short or long-term, we highly recommend this place for your vacation in Tulum.

Die Villa hat alles was man
braucht und hat absolute
Privatsphäre. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei
Natürlich gibt es die ein oder anderen Insekten aber ich denke wer nach Tulum kommt weiß das er sich im Dschungel befindet.
Das besondere Highlight ist
der wunderschöne riesige und saubere Pool. Nachts besonders schön mit all den Lichtern.
Es ist eine ganz besondere Unterkunft
Wir werden aufjedenfall unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Tulum wieder dort verbringen

Nice house. There was some construction around us during our stay, so it was sometimes noisy. The pool was very big and relaxing. The speaker was definitely a plus, but it would stop working sometimes. Very secure and safe house. The water stopped working sometimes though, but they got it fixed.

Had a really nice stay at this house,
The home is large, safe and Secure. The large private backyard and pool were great. The showers had hot water always which can be difficult to find in Tulum. The air conditioning works perfectly! Only because I had such a long stay the only thing I would have liked to have in the house would have been a television , But the WiFi is strong and was able to stream movies on my devices. I would certainly stay here again.

Great place to relax and enjoy, Alex and Juan were great hosts. My kids had a great time playing and swimming in the pool.
The place is located close to restaurants and everything you might need during your stay, but far enough to where you can have your privacy and enjoy a peaceful and quiet time.

An amazing house in an amazing place, convenient location and Alex is an excellent host, always pending on our needs, as well as Juan who received us for the house showing and tour. The best place to stay in the area.
The pool is big and the patio area very comfy, the kitchen is big and with all the necessary for you to cook just as you do it in your house.
I definitely will return.

Wir waren zu viert im Haus von Alex und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool ist sehr grosszügig und schön. Die Einrichtung innen ist etwas billig gemacht und teilweise kaputt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im Aussenbereich hat es noch eine Feuerstelle und einen Grill. Die Kommunikation mit Alex war sehr unkompliziert, er war jederzeit per whatsapp erreichbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.
