The wraparound deck has a hot tub and a table for six — perfect for a lazy breakfast or a bottle of wine after a day on the water. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking in, a game room downstairs with a pool table, and a fire pit out back for evenings under the stars. Kayaks and paddleboards are available to borrow.

A quiet residential stretch of lakeshore, a 5-minute walk to the public beach and boat launch, 15 minutes to the ski resorts in winter.

Getting around: A car really helps here — nearest grocery store is a 10-minute drive. Reno-Tahoe airport is about an hour away.

Lake water can be cold even in summer — wetsuits available in the game room closet if you want to swim.
