A great airbnb house in a very convenient distance from the strip. Alex communicated openly and swiftly with us. A very clean well presented house. The only criticism I have the noise coming from the elementary school across the road. Not ideal having screaming kids when you’re trying to sleep :( other than that a very enjoyable stay!

But it’s located across the street from an elementary school. So in the mornings there’s lots of traffic and caution driving and noise (screaming kids).

Outside of the school kids and the fact that we couldn’t get mail there (no mail keys) we were happy.

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo, it was close to the strip and had lots of gas stations and stores nearby. The patio was quiet and peaceful in the mornings to hang out. Extremely clean and spacious yet cozy, it was a great choice to stay. We brought our dog so we decided not to stay on the strip, but it was just a short Uber drive away and we never had any issues getting an Uber. We ended up checking out an hour later to get one last breakfast on the strip, but Alex was super accommodating even last minute. Highly recommend!

Truly a "cozy three bedroom vacation home." The kitchen is well stocked with essentials (pots, pans, cutting boards, plates, etc.), with a nice dining table for meals. The living room is a great place to relax to watch tv with plenty of daylight. The bedrooms are nicely decorated, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The towels in the bathrooms were even folded like you would find some resorts! The house is very clean, and we enjoyed our two week stay.

The house is close to the strip, grocery stores, and a lot of restaurants.

Alex is an awesome, friendly, and accommodating host, and always responded to my questions quickly. He checked on us before, during, and after our stay to see if we needed anything. It was a pleasure staying in his home and would recommend this place if you want to stay close to the strip.

Everything was wonderful. Cozy front porch. Cozy living room. Nice size kitchen. Beds comfortable. TV in all bedrooms. Soaps provided. The home is older but with an upgraded floor that is beautiful!!

Here are a few things we observed:
Just basic and I mean basic cable.
Bring sleep masks. If you like to sleep past 7:00 am. Lots of light in front master bedroom.
Keurig (they provide a few) and regular coffee maker. (Need to buy coffee)

So it is a great stay to look forward to after running around Vegas!!

This home was very nice and comfortable. Very convienent to everything as well. Only probs we had were.....
the water pressure was little weak from the showers, the toilets were small, not enough wash cloths for the entire stay, not coffee cups but coffee maker provided, and the garage door and gate openers didn't work, the ice maker on the fridge doesn't work.

So the great things about this home were......
lots of space, comfortable beds, cleaniness, the AC was immaculate; it got COLD, LOCATION was everything!, and the host was great!


We must say it was worth it and we enjoyed it!

This space offers three bedrooms, which allowed my girlfriend and I to work well in separate spaces without disturbing each other. If you bring your dogs, there's a fenced park less than 10 minutes away. Located almost 20 minutes away from the strip, so there's lots of places nearby to explore.

Great spot! Some things in the house are a little run down, so this is not your property if you're going to be a critic. Everything was clean, beds and pillows were surprisingly comfy! Its the perfect property for the price if you want a cozy spot to make breakfast before and hang out after spending days on the strip. I really appreciated the hosts communication and checking in on us. It's a $12 uber to the strip and in an easy spot to give a cabbie directions. 5💥

This was a lovely place to stay for our weekend in Las Vegas. Alex and Jeremy were available with a quick response when we had a maintenance problem and needed help resolving the issue. They even offered me a partial refund to compensate for our inconvenience.

The house itself was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and we had every amenity we needed. There was a nice little outside back porch with patio furniture. It was nice to stay a little outside the main strip to get some quiet after the excitement of the city.

Again, I think it’s so important to have a host that is available and willing to help when there is a problem and Alex went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Great home in a great, quiet, gated neighborhood. Each night when we came back to this home there were kids playing in the streets...pretty cool! This place was wonderful, except that when we got there the a/c wasn't working, on what was the hottest day/night of our trip, well over 80's in the home all night. Owner's couldn't get a serviceman there till the next day. Owner's offered to refund the night's stay when they found that a repair to the system was needed. Great home and great location for us, off the strip but close enough to get anywhere we wanted to go!

Alex and Jeremy are very communicative and accommodating hosts. The house is conveniently located in a central area. While the home could use some serious updates with furniture in the common areas, you can tell the house was deep cleaned and left in the best conditions possible before our check in. One thing to note is that this is a gated townhome community and access is only possible from the back of the home, which doesn't give you access to the garage if you are traveling with one. Had an overall great stay and would recommend this place.

Alex and Jeremy are very attentive and their communication was great. The 3 bedroom townhouse is in a gated community in a very quiet neighborhood across from a school. Neighbors are friendly, very dog-friendly overall, plenty of parking (although there is a garage it was just as easy to park on the street), and comfortable. On our second day, Alex brought us supplies of new kitchenware, TP, and more. The large master bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We stayed for a whole week and couldn't be happier with our stay.

Not what was expected. Unsafe and loud neighborhood. Our car was broken into and they attempted to steal it. $2000 worth of damage done. Neighbor said “it happens all the time”. When host notified they stated, that has never happened but people are desperate” . In the kitchen there was a poor selection of pots and utensils. The refrigerator didn’t work and there were roaches. We had to throw away food either because it spoiled in the fridge or roaches had gotten into it. The host seemed uncaring. Not what I expected for a long term rental.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and cute little covered patio area was fun to spend time hanging outside. The inside of the house was very clean. The master bedroom and bathroom were very large and had a large, super comfy bed. I literally had one of the best sleeps ever at this house. The host was great with communicating with me and made me feel comfortable with how quick and friendly the responses were. Dog friendly! My dog loved the house and side dog run that is out next to the patio. She also didn’t smell any other dogs when in the house, which means they did a very good job with cleaning! I will definitely be back.
