This place is obviously a pretty worked over AirBnB. We didn't give the host a lot of time to prep but the hot tub had a big brick of chlorine and every piece of trim was scuffed or had some bad paint smacked over the top. Furniture was pretty scuzzy or broken. Overall just fine for the guys but not a great place for family or a romantic get away.

I really enjoyed my short stay at Alex's lovely home. The house is large and mostly well kept. I was extremely impressed with the amount of cooking supplies they had available. The hot tub was very nice. I love the 2nd story balcony attached to the master bedroom as well.

The biggest issue for me was that the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom is apparently out of service and I was not made aware of that when I booked my stay. I was looking forward to using it so that was disappointing and I feel could've been communicated better to me initially. 2) The thermostat died our first night there and we had to go purchase batteries in the middle of the night to have working air. He did offer to drop some off in the morning but we did not want to wait. Not a big deal but inconvenient enough to note it.
I will note that Alex was very quick to respond to these issues when they arose. I would still recommend this stay.

Alex’s place was great. Our dog was happy with the fenced backyard. It might be right if you have more than one big dog but for one big dog and couple tiny dogs it’s great. The location was 15 minute drive from the strip and lots of outlet malls around the place. We appreciated the silence of the neighborhood every night after coming back from the strip. There are food places about 5-10 minutes drive. The toilets are delicate so please take care. We did not use the hot pool in the backyard so I couldn’t comment on it. The kitchen was spacious. The exhaust in the guest bathroom did not work but we managed. The jacuzzi in the master was out of service. The shower was amazing. The bed in the master bedroom was not for me as it sinks in by the end of the night and I prefer medium firm beds. But if you like extremely soft beds, it’s for you. The bedrooms have great closet space and some additional fans . The host was quick to respond. Overall, great place and I would go there again!

If I can give you 0 stars I would. First of all your pool table is not standing right-none of your pool sticks work. Second and most importantly bedrooms don’t have locks and if they do it’s outside of the bedroom. Third the jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not work and if you would of said it was out of service before arriving would of been great. Ac hardly worked. There was no garbage 🗑 in any of the bedrooms. We only got 1 towel each had to go buy some. There is restrictions of what you can and can’t do all over the house. This Airbnb made us realize to just stick to hotels.

We stayed at Alex’s place for a week to celebrate my birthday. I was blown away with how immaculate and cozy this home is. The house had everything - a pool table, bbq grill, cable tv in every room, fruit trees, patio tables and the jacuzzi spa (totally amazing and a huge plus!). Truly a home away from home!

We could have easily lounge at the house and not be bored but, the location was 5 minutes away from almost everything (supermarkets, outlets, bakeries, casinos and other entertainment), so, we had to go out to explore.

The home was supplied with an abundance of amenities and condiments for every room (everything you will need to get by and more, list is too long so leaving it out so you'd be amazed as we were) – which we really appreciated.

Communication our host was superfast, friendly and Alex is super funny. Thank you Alex for having us and making our trip to Vegas most memorable. We hope to come back real soon!

This location is perfect! Very close to the airport and car rental needs along the way both leading in the same direction which made it extra convenient. The strip is a quick Uber or Lyft ride away if you so choose.

MUST visit Airbnb location if your planning an unforgettable trip to Vegas. We decided to stay at this location for a whole month and it was the best choice we could of made. The location was perfect as we had a wonderful view of the mountains from the 2nd floor balcony on one side and a view of the Las Vegas strip on the other. We were a mile from the expressway that would take us to the downtown Vegas strip in about 10 minutes.

In addition to being close to the Vegas strip, it was also a perfect location for us to go hiking. Red Rock Canyon was about 20 minutes away and we took multiple day trips to Valley of Fire, Death Valley and many other national and state parks with great hiking trails.

The house was very clean and had all the extras inside and out. After hiking each day we went right to the outside backyard hot tub to relax and later would shoot a game of pool in the game room. The house was large and had an amazing master bedroom with all the extras. While we were there, we even had fresh lemons and other fruit which we could pick right from the trees in the backyard.

If your looking for a weekend getaway or a month long stay, I would recommend this Airbnb location. Alex our host was wonderful and was available for any of our needs and was only a phone call away. Were looking forward to our next visit. :-)

The house is roomy and accommodating in every way.
Great outdoor seating areas both off the master- on the deck, and off the kitchen on the bottom floor.
The master shower is simply AMAZING!
The beds and pillows were comfortable.
The location is great if you don't mind a 15min freeway drive to the Las Vegas Strip and choose to be away from Downtown, as we did.
Two grocery stores near by and easy access to coffee shops and some fast food resturants.
We were thankful to have found a home that would allow us to bring my two Boxers along, no height or weight requirements. Thumbs up!
Only a few draw backs to share, but not deal breakers:
There is a 4 lane road behind the house so if you are sleeping in the Master Bedroom you may need ear plugs if you need a completely quiet enviroment to sleep. I also didn't enjoy the heater vent being on the ceiling blowing down on me all night.... It dried out my eyes, nose and throat and made it hard to fall asleep.
The home really needs a ceiling fan in the entry, over the pool table, it's cold downstairs and hot upstairs... The temp is definately not balanced so its slightly uncomfortable.
The house is loud, with no carpet and few soft surfaces; it was very pitchy and voices carry!
The hot tub is governed to 104° which is kind of a bummer in late January.
The pool table isn't level so that is slightly frustrating if you're serious about your game.
The BBQ wasnt functional but I did notify our splendid host so hopefully the next guests will be able to enjoy it.

Alex place is lovely, and true to the description. One thing I love about his house is the cleanliness of each room and all of the amenities are available. We spent most of our time at the jacuzzi. Not exactly a 4 star but not quite a 5 star, but somewhere in between. To start, Alex was very responsive, very nice, accommodating, overall a wonderful host. The house was very clean. I can tell he really cares about making sure the home is clean and presentable before each guest. We had a few small issues but nothing that wasn’t fixable.

Although it as very clean, the home is definitely older and needs some maintenance/upgrades. Some things are definitely due to guests who must’ve been careless, while
other things are just due to age.

Biggest issue (given the Vegas heat in the summer) and really the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the a/c does not work upstairs. It was pretty unbearable. Wasn’t able to sleep much because of how hot it was upstairs. Even with fans running.

I did see in a previous review about the owners working on the house. We did have 3 different partners/friends come around but they didn’t not make us feel uncomfortable at all. They were actually great. Very nice. Made sure we knew if we needed anything to just reach out. So it was not at all weird or uncomfortable that they were working in the garage or around.

Small bathroom amenities were provided, as well as a few towels, fresh kitchen sponge, paper towels, etc.
Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable.

Overall, a good experience. This was actually our first air bb experience so although it could have been better, it was definitely not bad.

This is a great oasis away from the strip! Pool table was super fun to have some drinks and hang with the family, we watched movies (there is a TV in every single room!) and of course, the HOT TUB! That was so nice because half of us could hang by the patio and grill and the other half could be super lazy in the hot tub! There is a lemon, lime and tangelo tree in the back too - so beautiful we got to watch hummingbirds while having morning coffee. As many people noted - this place was in a good location and pretty conveniently located. We were able to bring our dog, Sly and he enjoyed the backyard. The hot tub was already warm and set up upon arrival which was a huge plus! We used it pretty much every day.

We did have some issues with the master bath. Similar to another guest we did have a problem with the master bathtub as the hot water ran out before the tub was filled. The master shower also had a bit of a funky smell.

My family and I had a great time at this property! I especially appreciated that Alex allowed my two pit mixes. The house is in a great location close to the strip and the airport. While the backyard backs up to a Main Street it isn’t that loud when you are outside. The hot tub felt and looked as if it was new. The house was also really clean. If you plan on staying in and cooking a lot like we did their kitchen definitely has what you need, just make sure you bring Tupperware and foil! The house and furniture can be updated but it really just looked like typical wear and tear from renting.

We had a group of 6 stay at this place for the weekend and it was a blast! On a few occasions we chose to stay at the house instead of going out because it was so relaxing. Awesome backyard great for hanging out and an amazing master bedroom! About 15 minutes from the strip so if you're staying for a while I would advise on renting a car instead of ubering everywhere. We will definitely be back here on our next Vegas trip.

We were in town for a disc golf tournament and Alex’s place was absolutely perfect. The hot tub, jacuzzi, steam room, fruit trees and outdoor seating made the trip so fun. Perfect location, about $15 Uber/Lyft to the airport, downtown and the strip. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would all recommend staying here and would stay again.

I visited Alex's place with my three pit bull breed dogs and not only did he approve them tagging along, he responded within less than 24 hours! Fast forward to check in and everything went great. The home was clean, the jacuzzi outside and the jacuzzi sized jet bathtub upstairs were immaculate and so relaxing! We will certainly be staying here any time we make a trek out to Vegas. Just a 10 minute Uber from the Bellagio! Make sure you bring your BBQing appetite, too! The neighbors dogs do bark incessantly which makes you wonder why no music is allowed in the AirBnb, but the backyard is peaceful when the yappy things next door are inside.

We really enjoyed our time at Alex’s place! Great communication from the start, easy access instructions to the home, great location to local stores, and not too far of a commute from the strip for a nights fun. Additionally
Alex’s house is VERY spacious! It’s stunningly beautiful with the wide open cathedral ceilings, making it feel very open! The pool table and hot tub was a hit with everyone and we were so thankful to have those amenities. Everyone had something to do on our downtime, and that was nice nice to have in home entertainment for the family. The master bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the step out balcony was a nice way to wake up in the mornings. The bathrooms were very clean, and we loved the huge master shower. If we are ever on town for another soccer tournament, our family will be looking to book this home again for sure!! Thanks again*

The host was super responsive. Place was very clean. Kitchen was equipped with literally everything we needed. As promised, we were only a quick 10 min drive from the strip so the location was great. Pool table, hot tub, fire pit...made relaxing even easier. Would definitely stay there again.

House was as described and 99.0 clean ....more than clean. Cosmetically unappealing though and a bit run down. Hated the neighborhood...shoddy and rundown. Homeless people in and out. The home is at the entrance of the neighborhood, which I think made it worse for people coming in and out that did not belong there. Barking dogs on both sides, but they did bring them in at night. Home backs up to a busy street, which afforded some noise and also must be on an airport path. This was not a good Airbnb stay for me. I liked Alex tho, very communicative.

The place is clean and close to the city. Communication and check in were great. Good value. Hot tub was broken during our whole stay. The owners attempted to get it fixed but we’re unable to so they refunded some of the cost. The master tub wasn’t working when we arrived but they had someone out to fix it same day.

This house was awesome! The hot tub was great, comfy beds, tons of outdoor lounging options, jacuzzi tub, huuuge shower, all located in a quiet and safe-feeling neighborhood. Our dog loved the doggie flap and securely fenced in yard. It was a 15$ Uber ride to the strip, gas stations and grocery stores close by. A few minor faults with the house were found but the host was quick to respond with solutions.
