None O ★★★★★ May 2024

Host is responsive and communication was easy. We needed a family friendly place in close proximity to family who live in the area. It was perfect for us. It’s a good space for my 3 and 1 year old. There are stairs (the host makes this clear) but my kids are used to them and love climbing them repeatedly. The backyard and primary bedroom balcony were nice in the morning and evening when it was cooler outside. If it’s available the next time we are visiting family I’d book it again.

The pictures are deceiving as to the size of some things. Had 1 set of towels and wash clothes for the week, unless we washed them. Hot water took forever to get hot. Some light switches didnt work. $389 cleaning fee even though they wanted us to take trash to the curb for them and brought trash can back up by house. We cleaned up things and loaded dishwasher. And have no idea what the $180 service fee was for

Dave C ★★★★★ Feb 2024

Nice home in a good location.

Dan G ★★★★★ Feb 2024

We came to LV and found the home extremely clean, easy to get to, and convenient to get to the strip.

The hot tub was fabulous after a long day of walking the strip! And the pool table gave us hours of fun.

Thanks to Alex for a great place and helping us make the weekend special

Ethan G ★★★☆☆ Feb 2024

This place is obviously a pretty worked over AirBnB. We didn't give the host a lot of time to prep but the hot tub had a big brick of chlorine and every piece of trim was scuffed or had some bad paint smacked over the top. Furniture was pretty scuzzy or broken. Overall just fine for the guys but not a great place for family or a romantic get away.

Crystal D ★★★★★ Feb 2024

Alex was a great host, quick response time and very accommodating. House was clean and comfortable to relax in after a long day out and about. Not too far from the strip, so travel via Lyft was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

House was great. Had no issues. Host responded quickly and even fixed any minor issues the same day. Would definitely stay again

T Alexa S ★★★★☆ Mar 2023

I really enjoyed my short stay at Alex's lovely home. The house is large and mostly well kept. I was extremely impressed with the amount of cooking supplies they had available. The hot tub was very nice. I love the 2nd story balcony attached to the master bedroom as well.

The biggest issue for me was that the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom is apparently out of service and I was not made aware of that when I booked my stay. I was looking forward to using it so that was disappointing and I feel could've been communicated better to me initially. 2) The thermostat died our first night there and we had to go purchase batteries in the middle of the night to have working air. He did offer to drop some off in the morning but we did not want to wait. Not a big deal but inconvenient enough to note it.
I will note that Alex was very quick to respond to these issues when they arose. I would still recommend this stay.

Layton G ★★★★★ Dec 2022

This home met our needs perfectly. Great location and great home.

Shylaja S ★★★★★ Dec 2022

Alex’s place was great. Our dog was happy with the fenced backyard. It might be right if you have more than one big dog but for one big dog and couple tiny dogs it’s great. The location was 15 minute drive from the strip and lots of outlet malls around the place. We appreciated the silence of the neighborhood every night after coming back from the strip. There are food places about 5-10 minutes drive. The toilets are delicate so please take care. We did not use the hot pool in the backyard so I couldn’t comment on it. The kitchen was spacious. The exhaust in the guest bathroom did not work but we managed. The jacuzzi in the master was out of service. The shower was amazing. The bed in the master bedroom was not for me as it sinks in by the end of the night and I prefer medium firm beds. But if you like extremely soft beds, it’s for you. The bedrooms have great closet space and some additional fans . The host was quick to respond. Overall, great place and I would go there again!

Tiberiu S ★★★★★ May 2022

Glreat place overall

Sandra ★★★★★ May 2022

We stayed at Alex’s place for a week to celebrate my birthday. I was blown away with how immaculate and cozy this home is. The house had everything - a pool table, bbq grill, cable tv in every room, fruit trees, patio tables and the jacuzzi spa (totally amazing and a huge plus!). Truly a home away from home!

We could have easily lounge at the house and not be bored but, the location was 5 minutes away from almost everything (supermarkets, outlets, bakeries, casinos and other entertainment), so, we had to go out to explore.

The home was supplied with an abundance of amenities and condiments for every room (everything you will need to get by and more, list is too long so leaving it out so you'd be amazed as we were) – which we really appreciated.

Communication our host was superfast, friendly and Alex is super funny. Thank you Alex for having us and making our trip to Vegas most memorable. We hope to come back real soon!

Katie Q ★★★★★ May 2022

Great place or dogs! Lots of room and Alex was a great host.

Quiana B ★★★★★ May 2022

My family and I really enjoyed this place! We came to Vegas for an off the strip experience and wanted to have a place we could cook and enjoy the outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. My brother and I took turns taking naps on the hammock. The upstairs is a bit hotter than downstairs, expected, but Alex has enough fans so we didn’t see this as an issue. Also the house is Surrounded by palm trees, which really created the relaxing vaca vibe my family was looking for. I would recommend to friends or rebook if I plan another off the strip Vegas trip. Thanks Alex!

Nikki W ★★★★★ May 2022

Great place to stay. Able to unwind and relax after a day of fun on the strip. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip!

Randy R ★★★★★ Apr 2022

This location is perfect! Very close to the airport and car rental needs along the way both leading in the same direction which made it extra convenient. The strip is a quick Uber or Lyft ride away if you so choose.

It was nice not to stay on the strip and have a more “home like” stay. The house is very clean and well kept. The grocery store and gas stations are all nearby as well. There are also lot of local eateries that are not on the strip so this was the best of both worlds. I will definitely stay again when traveling to Vegas.

Stuart V ★★★★★ Apr 2022

Great location and safe. owner is very responsive.

David X ★★★★★ Apr 2022

The host was great with communication, and accommodating, we are very thankful. Location is very good, it has everything you need nearby and a short drive to the strip. The house was very clean, with all new products to use, such as dish soap, shampoo, and etcs. Even thought of providing us with lotions, Wich was very thoughtful and useful for Vegas. we had a very good stay.

Alex was amazing and the home was everything we were looking for. Clean and spacious and had everything we needed to have a wonderful time! Quick Uber ride to the strip and airport, quiet, private and comfy. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be staying again when in town.

Maurice S ★★★★★ Mar 2022

MUST visit Airbnb location if your planning an unforgettable trip to Vegas. We decided to stay at this location for a whole month and it was the best choice we could of made. The location was perfect as we had a wonderful view of the mountains from the 2nd floor balcony on one side and a view of the Las Vegas strip on the other. We were a mile from the expressway that would take us to the downtown Vegas strip in about 10 minutes.

In addition to being close to the Vegas strip, it was also a perfect location for us to go hiking. Red Rock Canyon was about 20 minutes away and we took multiple day trips to Valley of Fire, Death Valley and many other national and state parks with great hiking trails.

The house was very clean and had all the extras inside and out. After hiking each day we went right to the outside backyard hot tub to relax and later would shoot a game of pool in the game room. The house was large and had an amazing master bedroom with all the extras. While we were there, we even had fresh lemons and other fruit which we could pick right from the trees in the backyard.

If your looking for a weekend getaway or a month long stay, I would recommend this Airbnb location. Alex our host was wonderful and was available for any of our needs and was only a phone call away. Were looking forward to our next visit. :-)

Location is great especially if you need to return a rental car and get to airport pretty quick! Easy to find, check in and Alex made everything a piece of cake. Hot tub and master shower are the BEST features!!! Will rent this house again.

Danielle W ★★★★☆ Feb 2022

The house is roomy and accommodating in every way.
Great outdoor seating areas both off the master- on the deck, and off the kitchen on the bottom floor.
The master shower is simply AMAZING!
The beds and pillows were comfortable.
The location is great if you don't mind a 15min freeway drive to the Las Vegas Strip and choose to be away from Downtown, as we did.
Two grocery stores near by and easy access to coffee shops and some fast food resturants.
We were thankful to have found a home that would allow us to bring my two Boxers along, no height or weight requirements. Thumbs up!
Only a few draw backs to share, but not deal breakers:
There is a 4 lane road behind the house so if you are sleeping in the Master Bedroom you may need ear plugs if you need a completely quiet enviroment to sleep. I also didn't enjoy the heater vent being on the ceiling blowing down on me all night.... It dried out my eyes, nose and throat and made it hard to fall asleep.
The home really needs a ceiling fan in the entry, over the pool table, it's cold downstairs and hot upstairs... The temp is definately not balanced so its slightly uncomfortable.
The house is loud, with no carpet and few soft surfaces; it was very pitchy and voices carry!
The hot tub is governed to 104° which is kind of a bummer in late January.
The pool table isn't level so that is slightly frustrating if you're serious about your game.
The BBQ wasnt functional but I did notify our splendid host so hopefully the next guests will be able to enjoy it.
Thank you Alex, for being a great host!

Nice location and great hosts but the place could use a little TLC. The house is very clean and safe.

Taylor W ★★★★★ Jan 2022

Loved staying in Alex’s place! All I gotta say is.. Best. Shower. Ever. We were camping before staying here and I could have lived in there! The pool table and hot tub were also nice to have! A+ Alex!

Vinh T ★★★★★ Jan 2022

Alex place is lovely, and true to the description. One thing I love about his house is the cleanliness of each room and all of the amenities are available. We spent most of our time at the jacuzzi. It is one of the largest and cleanest one I've seen in all of the Airbnb locations. Great location, close to all of the local restaurants and stores. Only 15 minutes from the Strip. We will most likely book Alex's place again next time we come to Vegas.

David & Vanessa K ★★★★☆ Jan 2022

Great location, quiet neighborhood yet still centrally located. This place is perfect for a couple day stay, lots of space and a nice little outdoor area. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is that the place is starting to show its age. It’s a little beat up, likely the result of many visitors. Something to note, but not a deal breaker. Alex was a responsive host and even let us check in early (the time change got us)!

David S ★★★★☆ Jan 2022

Great stay overall.. Jacuzzi made my stay amazing.👍

Being there felt so relaxing. Every room in the house was just like how they appeared in the photos! Thank you for everything! We all enjoyed our stay and we’d love to stay here again next time.

Araxie D ★★★★☆ Jul 2021

Not exactly a 4 star but not quite a 5 star, but somewhere in between. To start, Alex was very responsive, very nice, accommodating, overall a wonderful host. The house was very clean. I can tell he really cares about making sure the home is clean and presentable before each guest. We had a few small issues but nothing that wasn’t fixable.

Although it as very clean, the home is definitely older and needs some maintenance/upgrades. Some things are definitely due to guests who must’ve been careless, while
other things are just due to age.

Biggest issue (given the Vegas heat in the summer) and really the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the a/c does not work upstairs. It was pretty unbearable. Wasn’t able to sleep much because of how hot it was upstairs. Even with fans running.

I did see in a previous review about the owners working on the house. We did have 3 different partners/friends come around but they didn’t not make us feel uncomfortable at all. They were actually great. Very nice. Made sure we knew if we needed anything to just reach out. So it was not at all weird or uncomfortable that they were working in the garage or around.

Small bathroom amenities were provided, as well as a few towels, fresh kitchen sponge, paper towels, etc.
Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable.

Overall, a good experience. This was actually our first air bb experience so although it could have been better, it was definitely not bad.

Thank you Alex!

Garett T ★★★★★ Jul 2021

Alex's home was perfect and exactly as described. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the airport. For us, it was minutes away from family and the Green Valley Ranch casino. Thank you again, you made our 4th of July vacation.

Michelle R ★★★★☆ Jul 2021

Staying here was great! The House was very clean. The restrooms came with little shampoos just in case you forgot some. As well as some extra towels. The experience of staying here was great and if we came back again we’d stay here. Our only downside was the AC in the master bedroom was not working so we put fans in the room. We didn’t want to mess with the thermostat so we left it as is. Over all great time here.

Angela W ★★★★★ Jul 2021

If you're traveling to Las Vegas and looking to book an Airbnb, check out the Amazing 3 Bedroom Vacation Home W/Outside Spa. The home is beautiful, and just as it is pictured. It is clean, and has all the amenities that you would need. The host, Alex was available to answer any of my questions and also checked in to be sure that everything was ok. Could not have asked for a better Airbnb, and certainly could not have asked for a better host. Thanks Alex.

Deena F ★★★★★ Jun 2021

Great spot just off the strip enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of everything but also close enough to get to the strip and food and anything you need. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The master shower was great, just don’t take a shower the same time as someone else, it remained cold. We were unable to use the jacuzzi due to prior guests which was a bummer but the host(s) kept communication with us about it. Overall a great and big home for me and 5 friends, we had a great time, thanks!

Joe O ★★★★★ Jun 2021

Location, location, location! A 10-12 minute drive from the strip and convenient to restaurants and shops. We were so happy to see the proximity to everything we’d want to do during our visit. The beds were absolutely comfortable, and this made for a pleasant night’s sleep. The kids enjoyed the hammock and the pool table, and the pups loved the backyard. We will definitely consider this home for our future family trips to Las Vegas! Thank you for making our stay so great!

Pros:: the house was beautiful and conveniently close to the airport and the main strip. It was peaceful

Cons:: the home owner didn't notify us that he would be doing garage maintenance witch we weren't able to use so I was confused on why he needed to do it during our stay also he did it between the hours for 2am-5am witch made us uncomfortable because we were sleep in the house.

Sara M ★★★★★ Apr 2021

This is a great oasis away from the strip! Pool table was super fun to have some drinks and hang with the family, we watched movies (there is a TV in every single room!) and of course, the HOT TUB! That was so nice because half of us could hang by the patio and grill and the other half could be super lazy in the hot tub! There is a lemon, lime and tangelo tree in the back too - so beautiful we got to watch hummingbirds while having morning coffee. Located right by several grocery stores, coffee shops and some great eats (tacos, sushi and sandwiches). Stay here, you will be happy!

Nhi T ★★★★★ Apr 2021

Wow! Let just say my family is extremely picky about Airbnb and this was our first time getting an Airbnb and Alex couldn’t have impressed us more. The house was sparkling clean and all the amenities was awesome. We had so much fun from family cook out and hoping in the hot tub. Alex and Jeremy are such great and sweet host! We are for sure coming back. And our puppy loves the backyard area. 100% book this home if you have little ones and pets. Don’t be afraid to reach out, Alex response so quickly. As many people noted - this place was in a good location and pretty conveniently located. We were able to bring our dog, Sly and he enjoyed the backyard. The hot tub was already warm and set up upon arrival which was a huge plus! We used it pretty much every day.

We did have some issues with the master bath. Similar to another guest we did have a problem with the master bathtub as the hot water ran out before the tub was filled. The master shower also had a bit of a funky smell.

Shelby G ★★★★☆ Nov 2020

My family and I had a great time at this property! I especially appreciated that Alex allowed my two pit mixes. The house is in a great location close to the strip and the airport. While the backyard backs up to a Main Street it isn’t that loud when you are outside. The hot tub felt and looked as if it was new. The house was also really clean. If you plan on staying in and cooking a lot like we did their kitchen definitely has what you need, just make sure you bring Tupperware and foil! The house and furniture can be updated but it really just looked like typical wear and tear from renting.

Ginny R ★★★★☆ Nov 2020

We had a group of 6 stay at this place for the weekend and it was a blast! On a few occasions we chose to stay at the house instead of going out because it was so relaxing. Awesome backyard great for hanging out and an amazing master bedroom! About 15 minutes from the strip so if you're staying for a while I would advise on renting a car instead of ubering everywhere. We will definitely be back here on our next Vegas trip.

We were in town for a disc golf tournament and Alex’s place was absolutely perfect. The hot tub, jacuzzi, steam room, fruit trees and outdoor seating made the trip so fun. Perfect location, about $15 Uber/Lyft to the airport, downtown and the strip. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would all recommend staying here and would stay again.

Montana S ★★★★★ Feb 2020

I visited Alex's place with my three pit bull breed dogs and not only did he approve them tagging along, he responded within less than 24 hours! Fast forward to check in and everything went great. The home was clean, the jacuzzi outside and the jacuzzi sized jet bathtub upstairs were immaculate and so relaxing! We will certainly be staying here any time we make a trek out to Vegas. Just a 10 minute Uber from the Bellagio! Make sure you bring your BBQing appetite, too! The neighbors dogs do bark incessantly which makes you wonder why no music is allowed in the AirBnb, but the backyard is peaceful when the yappy things next door are inside.

Rachel J ★★★★★ Feb 2020

We really enjoyed our time at Alex’s place! Great communication from the start, easy access instructions to the home, great location to local stores, and not too far of a commute from the strip for a nights fun. Additionally
Alex’s house is VERY spacious! It’s stunningly beautiful with the wide open cathedral ceilings, making it feel very open! The pool table and hot tub was a hit with everyone and we were so thankful to have those amenities. Everyone had something to do on our downtime, and that was nice nice to have in home entertainment for the family. The master bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the step out balcony was a nice way to wake up in the mornings. The bathrooms were very clean, and we loved the huge master shower. If we are ever on town for another soccer tournament, our family will be looking to book this home again for sure!! Thanks again*

The host was super responsive. Place was very clean. Kitchen was equipped with literally everything we needed. As promised, we were only a quick 10 min drive from the strip so the location was great. Pool table, hot tub, fire pit...made relaxing even easier. Would definitely stay there again.

Marie S ★★★★☆ Dec 2019

House was as described and 99.0 clean ....more than clean. Cosmetically unappealing though and a bit run down. Hated the neighborhood...shoddy and rundown. Homeless people in and out. The home is at the entrance of the neighborhood, which I think made it worse for people coming in and out that did not belong there. Barking dogs on both sides, but they did bring them in at night. Home backs up to a busy street, which afforded some noise and also must be on an airport path. This was not a good Airbnb stay for me. I liked Alex tho, very communicative.

Christie A ★★★★☆ Dec 2019

The house was very clean and in a good location. Neighbourhood was safe and South Premium Outlets close by. The only issue was the hot tub was not functioning and the WiFi was spotty. Host was very good at communicating and house had all amenities.
