The location is convenient. The driveway and the yard were perfectly clean and nice. This house has no road noise. Beds are comfortable with nice linens. Extra supplies provided. Kitchen supplies very over the top. Overall we really enjoyed this beautiful house with pool. Will stay again.

We came for work and it was a convenient location. It was large enough for our entire party to have their own space. Wish we could have used the backyard.

We had a great stay! The communication with Alexander is excellent. The house is even better. Good beds, enough dishes, glasses, etc. Good towels, airco. Parking in own garage, pool and nearby event location. I can highly recommend to stay here.
Host response: Thank you, Valentijn — I’m glad communication and our house met your expectations. It was a pleasure hosting you; I appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you back next time you’re in Las Vegas.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and easy to find the location of this house. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of items for us to feel at home. They had dish soap for hand washing and the dishwasher in the kitchen, along with a multipurpose cleaner and one roll of paper towel towels to be able to clean with. Thankfully, we brought one roll of our own paper towels since we did end up needing it. The kitchen does not provide you with things like foil, saran wrap, Ziploc bags or plastic storage containers. Thankfully I brought all of those things on my own, which I would recommend for anyone else staying here. The house came with bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. There were a few extra towels, but there are no swimming towels. This is something I would recommend to the owner to provide for their guests for future rentals. The showerheads and water pressure in the bathrooms are outstanding. FYI we were told no loud music in the backyard, apparently neighbors would complain
Host response: Appreciate the thoughtful review, John — glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, easy-to-find location, roomy kitchen, and excellent water pressure. We’ll work on adding more kitchen supplies and the. pool towel are placed in the closets they are the ones with the blue stripe so future guests will know and I will place in an area where it more noticeable. Our house does have quiet hours and we appreciate you respecting them I am very conscious with my neighbors you guys were amazing guests but sometimes we get the younger crowed that want to have gatherings I try to keep them out — thanks for staying with us.

We highly recommend Alexander's place for any one or family who would like a clean, beautiful, spacious home with no fuss. Everything was so easy to access, the rooms are large, the amenities are excellent. We visited with family. Two adults need some accommodating (steps and such) and they did well in this place. The showers are a treat (steam and waterfall showerheads)! The air conditioning worked so well even when Vegas hit 110 degrees. It was so nice to also have full garage parking (we came with a very large SUV). And the swimming pool and pool tables were wonderful! Not to mention TVs in every room for anyone who just wants to cozy up at home. Every bedroom had ample storage space, and the kitchen was very well equipped. This house is also very close driving distance the the strip and to downtown Las Vegas for anyone looking for quick and easy access to all that Vegas has to offer. We are already checking dates for a future stay at Alexander's place!
Host response: Thank you so much for the kind words and for recommending our house to others. I’m glad the accommodations, from the showers to the garage and pool, hit the mark for you. Looking forward to hosting you again on your next visit to Las Vegas!

A perfect vacation. There is one tidbit which may be helpful to those with sunlight sensitivity. Alexander's home is built and located in such a way that there is plenty of sunlight but you don't get glare that will blind you. Besides this, the house is nicely decorated. The garage in Las Vegas heat was a total life saver. It is located such that you can get in and out of the strip very quickly. Plenty of food options nearby.
Host response: Thanks, Anand — I’m glad our house and the garage made your stay comfortable and that the location worked well for you. I appreciate the sunlight note and we’ll look into small tweaks to make the home even more comfortable for guests with sensitivity. Hope to welcome you back next time you’re in Las Vegas.
